Always Attentive To The Environment
Metalplast Soprana, which has always been attentive to environmental and sustainability issues, already in 2011 equipped itself with a photovoltaic system, installed on the roof of the company with a capacity of over 100 kW, which came into operation at the beginning of 2012.
In recent years, this system has given us the opportunity to be autonomous for over 70% of our energy needs.
In the last decade we have started a phase of technological renewal with an investment in fully electric presses, which ensure better molding quality, combined with new energy efficiency.
The further worsening of the energy conditions in 2021 led us to expand our photovoltaic system, in such a way as to be 85% autonomous and thus face a new delicate period of challenges.
